Grounded Slow Flow for Energy & Connection
Ashlea Sovetts will teach an all-level slow-flow yoga class from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. focused on breathwork, meditation and gentle stretching. The perfect way to end your day feeling relaxed, with ease and surrounded by a supportive community! This practice welcomes Yogis of all levels.
Equipment: Yogis are welcome to bring a Yoga mat or towel, any other props such as blocks or blankets and water!
The cost is $5 for community members and free for Ballantyne office customers through the goBallantyne app.
