The Amp Ballantyne™ Opens
Tens of thousands of Carolinians flocked to the new venue to check out national and local musicians, regional festivals and community events throughout The Amp's inaugural season.

Greenway Extension
As part of Ballantyne Reimagined, visitors can now access the Ballantyne® campus from the Lower McAlpine Creek, McMullen Creek and Four Mile Creek Greenways. This connection enhances accessibility to The Bowl at Ballantyne™, The Amp, Stream Park and more than 20 miles of walking paths and bike lanes. The Ballantyne extension is also anticipated to join the Carolina Thread Trail, a recent recipient of Northwood's annual gift on behalf of Ballantyne customers.

Rushmore Five
The new, move-in-ready building inspires innovation and creativity for a single-user tenant. Rushmore Five features a host of unique design elements and amenities, including an indoor pergola, modern furniture complemented by earth tones, greenery and wood accents, inviting workspace options, on-site showers, and a private outdoor patio.

Spec Suites
Northwood Office has taken a contemporary approach to designing spec suites, or speculative suites, for the ease of the office user. Spec suites offer move-in ready space for maximum convenience. A current project to highlight is on the third floor of the Hixon Building, with suites ranging from 2,000 to 6,700 square feet. The suites exemplify a modern take on work and include highly desirable finishes, communal spaces and natural light. Northwood features a variety of additional spec suites across the Ballantyne® campus, with availabilities from 1,400 to 29,000 square feet.

Stream Park
The six-acre park features a covered pavilion, interactive playground, greenway connection and water features, including a natural stream and pond surrounded by dedicated seating, hammocks and a rentable event lawn.

The Bowl Tenants
Northwood has announced an incredible lineup of retailers opening at The Bowl, the region's highly-anticipated mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment district in 2024.

Community Events
Ballantyne's team hosted a variety of engaging events throughout the campus, including customer appreciation events like Be My Ballantyne and Pumpkins & Pizza and charitable initiatives such as a tech drive and pack-a-thon. Events like Run! Ballantyne, BOOllantyne and Carolina Holiday Light Spectacular offered experiences beyond the workday.

Brixham Park Enhancements
The west side park opened in the spring as a versatile, amenitized space for Ballantyne customers and the community to enjoy. Featuring covered seating, turf lawns, free Wi-Fi, food truck areas and picnic tables, the signature green space provides a convenient spot for relaxing, working, events and team-building activities. Additionally, visitors can view the second campus honeybee apiary.
