Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack: A Bold New Beginning
On Saturday, August 17, the iconic Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack will open the doors of its fifth location in the Carolinas at The Bowl. Known for its signature chicken sandwiches and inviting atmosphere, Bossy Beulah’s is set to become a go-to for any meal.
To celebrate the occasion, the first 100 guests will receive a $50 gift card and exclusive merchandise upon joining Aunt Beaut’s Buddies, the restaurant’s popular rewards program. Additionally, five lucky patrons will be awarded free Beaut chicken sandwiches for a year.
Jim Noble, the owner of Bossy Beulah’s, expressed his enthusiasm: “We can’t wait to welcome guests into this new location. The Bowl at Ballantyne has already proven to be a transformative destination in south Charlotte. We look forward to being a part of the community with Bossy Beulah’s and, soon after, Rooster’s Wood-fired Kitchen.”
With a menu that features everything from signature chicken sandwiches to fresh salads and indulgent desserts, Bossy Beulah’s promises to offer something for everyone. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily, and catering options will be available through pickup and delivery.
Plus, mark your calendars for the Big Bossy Bash on Saturday, September 7, where more prizes and festivities await!
Harriet’s Hamburgers: Expanding Happiness to Ballantyne
Just days after Bossy Beulah’s grand opening, Harriet’s Hamburgers will launch its second Charlotte-area location at The Bowl on Tuesday, August 20. This new establishment is more than just a place to grab a bite; it’s a celebration of community, with an expanded menu, outdoor seating and initiatives that honor local heroes.
Harriet’s new location at The Bowl is its first standalone venue, marking a significant milestone for the brand. Co-owner Joe Haubenhofer shared his excitement: “We are ecstatic to bring our signature hamburgers and happiness to Ballantyne, along with some new offerings and a space that truly suits our brand and the over-the-top hospitality we want to provide to our guests.”
The menu will feature beloved classics like the Jucy Lucy and the Royale, alongside new items such as Minnesota State Fair-style cheese curds and Henry’s Famous Monster Cookies, crafted by a local child entrepreneur. Harriet’s is also introducing the Happiness Meal, a healthier alternative for kids, complete with fun prizes and a focus on quality ingredients.
To celebrate the grand opening, Harriet’s will give two lucky guests a chance to win a Harriet’s Happiness Package, including a $250 gift card and exclusive apparel. The joy continues every Tuesday with a random guest receiving their meal for free.
