Who operates this service?
The Ballantyne® campus has partnered with Freebee, a rideshare company, to provide the service to office customers and residents of Oro and Towerview.
How do I request a ride?
Install and create an account in the Freebee app.. Return to the goBallantyne app and click the Explore tab and then the Ride Bolt link. Set your pickup and drop-off location, and enjoy the ride! If you would like additional accessibility accommodations, please contact Freebee Dispatch at 855.918.3733.
Once you’ve set up your profile, request a ride using the app to select your destination. Then, confirm your pickup location. You can view a map of the service area within the app.
How do I know the wait time?
Wait times are displayed automatically on the Freebee app once a ride has been requested and the user is connected to a driver. Users can also communicate directly with the driver for additional information.
