We’re excited to share that Northwood has made significant progress toward Ballantyne Reimagined, and we appreciate your patience over the last several months during increased construction traffic. We expect to activate the new traffic signals and open Upper and Lower Avenues in early 2024.

1. Upper Ave and North Community House median work in Northbound lanes is complete, and signal work is ongoing.

2. Work at West Ballantyne Corporate / Ballantyne Commons signal inspection passed. CDOT will begin to “flash” new signals after the holidays.

3. Multi-use path installation at Ballantyne Corporate and Harris Building is ongoing. Sidewalk pours are ongoing and will finish before the end of December.

4. Lower Ave / Ballantyne Corporate overhead fiber installation is ongoing. CDOT will begin to “flash” new signals after the holidays.

5. Upper Ave / Ballantyne Corporate and 521 intersections overhead fiber installation is ongoing. CDOT will begin to “flash” new signals after the holidays.
