Northwood Office in Charlotte is proud to announce the signing and commencement of 23 new, expanding, and renewed office leases in Ballantyne.
This totals over 213,000 square feet of leasing activity in the first quarter of 2024. Kate Urey, senior vice president of leasing and redevelopment, credits strong partnerships with customers and brokers for the success. Some notable deals include KW Commercial, Sibelco, Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, and Harvest Capital. Expansions were seen with Sompo International and Wetherill Engineering, Inc., while renewals included Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Group and TD Bank.
