November 30 – December 15: Holiday Toy Drive
The Ballantyne Hotel is hosting its annual Toy Drive in partnership with the Mecklenburg County Police Department to bring holiday cheer to less fortunate families in our area. Drop off your donations at Gingerbread Lane until December 15.

Donation guidelines:
- Toys for children between the ages of 0 to 14
- No violent toys
- New unwrapped toys

December 6: Holiday Pop-Up Market

Enjoy a festive holiday market in Brixham Park on Wednesday, December 6! Escape the office and dive into your holiday shopping without leaving Ballantyne. Join some of your favorite small businesses, sip complimentary seasonal beverages, listen to live music and get a head start on your gifting needs from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.! December 7-30: Carolina Holiday Light Spectacular
Enjoy over ONE MILLION lights displayed along a half-a-mile outdoor trail, including larger-than-life holiday scenery, oversized snow globes and more in Ballantyne’s Backyard!

December 11-24: Gingerbread Lane
See an enchanting display of gingerbread creations from novice to professional bakers at The Ballantyne Hotel. Gingerbread Lane is open daily from 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Attendees may vote on their favorite entries with a $1 minimum donation per vote. All proceeds will benefit Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital. After your stroll down the lane, enjoy festive drinks at the Gingerbread Hut. The Hut is open daily from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
