Joe Haubenhofer, Brian Stockholm and Collin Ricks opened the first Harriet’s Hamburgers in the fall of 2020.

Harriet's Hamburgers is known for its focus on simple yet high-quality hamburgers, fries and drinks. This summer, they will expand to The Bowl at Ballantyne™ and leverage its prime location and demographic. The new location will feature the restaurant's flagship burger, The "OG" Hamburger, and add The Royale burger, The Jucy Lucy, cheese curds, house-made aqua frescas, frosé and Suffolk Punch-brewed Lucy Lager to the menu.

The concept prides itself on delivering fast, high-quality service with a strong layer of hospitality, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and satisfied. Their dedication to hospitality extends to their community outreach, including Random Acts of Kindness visits where they surprise deserving citizens with free hamburgers.
