Season Schedule
Fitness at The Amp kicks off on July 17! Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. Free parking is available at The Amp, located at 11115 Upper Avenue. Be sure to bring sneakers, a towel and water!

July 17 | Cross Conditioning Training with Jen - A rigorous workout that focuses on building strength and endurance through various high-intensity exercises.
August 21 | Evening Flow with Dream Yoga & Wellness - A calming yet powerful yoga session aimed at enhancing flexibility, mindfulness and overall wellness.
September 18 | Pilates with [solidcore] - A Pilates class designed to tone muscles and improve core strength through controlled and precise movements.
October 16 | Zumba with Deb - A lively and fun dance workout that combines international music with easy-to-follow dance moves for a great cardio session.

The greater community can purchase class tickets for $15, providing an affordable way to experience high-quality fitness instruction.
