The fourth quarter deals totaled nearly 220,000 square feet, bringing the annual total to 723,000 square feet, surpassing pre-pandemic leasing in Ballantyne.

“We’re seeing companies gain conviction around their office footprints, and the Ballantyne amenities and campus-wide programming continue to differentiate Ballantyne as a workplace destination,” said Mary McClure, associate director of leasing for Northwood Office. “We appreciate our strong partnerships with customers and brokers as we continue to invest in the Ballantyne experience.”

Deals that were signed since October included four new customers, 11 renewals and one expansion. BHS Corrugated, represented by Vestian, leased Rushmore Five totaling over 25,000 square feet. Point 41, represented by Mandolin Partners, leased around 1,800 square feet at the Harris Building. Renewals included RXO, represented by JLL, for more than 150,000 square feet at the Woodward Building.
