Rooster's Now Open at The Bowl
The Ballantyne location is the fourth Rooster’s restaurant for Noble Food & Pursuits, which was established in Winston-Salem in 1992, and the first to open in over a decade.

The Ballantyne Location Officially Breaks Ground
Steel framing is up for south Charlotte's first brewery at The Bowl, marking the first step in the groundbreaking of the new dining and retail district in the heart of Ballantyne.
OMB Ballantyne will feature nearly 14,000 square feet of indoor space, a 7,000-square-foot patio dining area and a second–level mezzanine balcony. The stand-alone building will overlook the one-acre tree-canopied biergarten nestled at the entrance to The Bowl’s vibrant entertainment, retail and residential concepts. Like its original location, OMB will be a family-friendly venue with a family zone and playground.
The brewery is expected to open in early 2024.
