Rooster's Now Open at The Bowl
The Ballantyne location is the fourth Rooster’s restaurant for Noble Food & Pursuits, which was established in Winston-Salem in 1992, and the first to open in over a decade.

Rooster’s Woodfired Kitchen in Ballantyne will be open at 4 p.m. nightly, November 25 through December 1, 2024 (with the exception of Thanksgiving), and will add a weekday lunch service beginning Dec. 2, 2024. Weekend brunch will also be available beginning Dec. 7, 2024.

“We are delighted for Rooster’s to become a part of The Bowl and the overall Ballantyne community,” says Jim Noble, owner. “It feels like we’ve come full circle to expand the Rooster’s brand once again. Our guests will enjoy the timeless menu and local culinary perspective they come to us for, but our first new Rooster’s location in 12 years afforded us the opportunity to freshen up the overall feel and design of the restaurant.”

Located at 15110 Bowl Street, Suite 101, Rooster’s in Ballantyne is situated next to its sister concept, Bossy Beulah's Chicken Shack, which opened in August. Rooster's offers seating for nearly 300 guests in an indoor dining room featuring a wine bar and open kitchen. This location also boasts a large covered patio with fire pits and soft seating, as well as private and semi-private dining areas for events.

“Rooster’s brings over 30 years of tradition and a passion for exceptional dining to The Bowl. We’re excited for our guests to enjoy their chef-driven menu, inviting atmosphere and high-quality ingredients,” says Jeremiah Gregory, senior general manager of The Bowl. “This addition to Bowl Street further elevates our culinary lineup and offers a memorable experience for the South Charlotte community and beyond.”

The menu includes favorites such as wood-fired rotisserie chicken, hanger steak with veal jus and beurre monte, fried oysters, NC shrimp with preserved lemon aioli and salsa verde, and shareable sides of Margaux’s succotash, pan-fried corn, butter wilted spinach, roasted beets, and more. Additionally, the culinary team has brought wood-fired pizza back to the menu with the Ballantyne location. The menu is a la carte, allowing guests to order more than one item and share with the table.
