The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is working to build a high-quality transit network that serves the needs of residents throughout our region. CATS recently hosted a listening session to provide a Transit System Plan Update with recommendations for a financially constrained program of bus and rail improvements within its service area. The discussion included a process overview, program scenarios and public engagement opportunities.
