Stream Park is now open from dawn to dusk, featuring a covered pavilion, interactive playground, greenway connection and water features, including a natural stream and pond surrounded by dedicated seating, hammocks and an event lawn. The six-acre park is located behind The Ballantyne Hotel. Public restroom facilities are available at The Amp Ballantyne™.
Stream Park’s event lawn is available for rental. For private event requests, call 704-248-4020.

Park Guidelines
• Play at your own risk.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended ages 5-12 for playground.
• Dogs must be leashed. Please clean up after your pet.
• No rough play.
• Please do not feed the wildlife.
• No alcohol except in designated areas for pre-approved events and programs – 21 years and older.
• No swimming, wading, smoking, firearms, glass containers, fishing, grilling, fireworks, drones, motorized vehicles or skateboards.
• Stream Park is private property. Ownership reserves the right to remove guests from the premises for disruptive or unacceptable behavior.

Public parking is available at the surface lot adjacent to The Amp, accessible from Ballantyne Corporate Place. Future parking options will be available at Upper + Lower Avenues and OMB. Parking is not permitted at The Ballantyne Hotel.
